Event Description Mecosta County CARES is pleased to announce that Jake Slater, a well known Michigan "Elvis Tribute Artist" will be at the Big Rapids Eagles for a fundraiser to help the non-profit organization raise money for pet spay/neuter assistance for Mecosta County residents who need help.
